Trainees of the dealer and the service provider in Macedonia smoothly completed their 19-day training course in Zhengzhou, headquarter of Yutong, and Suzhou, eastern China’s Jiangsu province on July 29, 2011.

Corresponding to the features of the Yutong buses purchased by Macedonian clients, the training not only arranged professional trainers from Yutong and its suppliers to teach the knowledge on service policy, electrics of whole vehicles, chassis structure, repair & maintenance, etc., but also sent the trainees to ZF company in Suzhou to accepted the customized training on ZF gearbox, axle and steering gear, since the Yutong double deckers running in Skopje, capital city of Macedonia, are equipped with ZF powertrains.

All these arrangement for the training was aimed to improve the professional level and service qualification of the service provider and increase their trouble shooting ability, fully symbolizing the Yutong spirit of “client-oriented” and “Yutong for you”.   

The trainees are expected to service the 202 Yutong double deckers in Macedonia with their increased service level.
